In the wake of the terrorist attacks against American based luxury hotels in Indonesia, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton observed that the “threat of terrorism remains very real.” The U.N. Security Council joined in the condemnation of the bomb blasts that killed 8 people in two hotels in Jakarta on Friday. Suspicion has fallen on the Jemaah Islamiah militant group, which has been blamed for previous attacks in Indonesia.
